Abstract
Background: GJVAS required a publicly visible end-to-end article record to validate how metadata, issue assignment, article landing pages, and galley delivery behave in the live OJS environment.
Methods: A controlled editorial sandbox submission was converted into a branded final PDF galley and a matching HTML galley, then scheduled into a dedicated test issue.
Results: The workflow now supports a public article landing page, article-level galley links, issue-level browsing, and an internal proof artifact for editorial training.
Conclusion: This test publication provides a safe way to review the final reading experience before the first real accepted manuscript is published.

Introduction
Before the first real GJVAS article is published, the journal needs a safe way to inspect the complete public reading experience across issue pages, article landing pages, and galley downloads.
This validation article was created specifically to test the final publication layer of the live OJS installation without exposing a genuine scholarly record.
Workflow Method
A sandbox submission inside OJS was advanced through production, assigned branded PDF and HTML galleys, and linked to a published issue reserved for workflow checking.
Metadata, issue assignment, galley labels, and public URLs were reviewed to confirm that the journal can support final publication display before live launch with real content.

Discussion

Because the record is explicitly labeled as a test publication, it can be retained temporarily for launch QA and later removed or replaced when the first real issue is ready.
