Copyright and license
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. Published articles will use the CC BY 4.0 license so readers may share and adapt the work with appropriate attribution.
Article processing charges
Inaugural first-year waiver: no publication fee will be charged for articles accepted during the journal's first publication year.

Waivers and discounts
The first publication year carries a full APC waiver for all accepted article types. After the inaugural year, additional waivers or discounts may be considered for authors with limited funding, invited content, or special editorial initiatives. Waiver decisions should not influence editorial decisions.
